Integrated Compressed Air Foam Systems
The March meeting is being hosted by Dooley Tackaberry and will address Integrated Compressed Air Foam (ICAF) systems. ICAF systems utilize very little water compared to conventional foam systems and can be packaged in self-contained skid units for hazards where water supply, drainage, and/or containment issues exist . A case study for a project in Canada’s Oil Sands Crude Development will be discussed illustrating the features, benefits and advantages of ICAF in an oil processing facility.
